The sun slim diet e-Book is written by a woman named Joy Siegrist whom is a licensed Medical Doctor. The e-Book claims that you can be at your ideal weight in 6 to 8 weeks by combining different kinds of foods to synergistically speed up your metabolism and burn calories. 

Although her approach is very unique it has been proven time and time again against other well known diet programs..

Is this weight loss program healthy?

You better believe it. This is probably the safest weight loss program out there. It couldn't be written by anyone more qualified. Joy is not only a licensed medical doctor, but has written numerous articles concerning weight loss related issues and they are floating all over of the internet.  Her e-book the sun slim diet has been on the internet for over 5 years and is a very established weight loss program.

Joy doesn't starve you with the specific weight loss diet plan she lays out for you. I guarantee that 99% of the foods in this plan you already eat and already eat them in the same proportion sizes she outlines. The big kicker to this weight loss program is simply the combination and order of foods you eat. 

If you're looking for extremely fast weight loss, this probably isn't the book of choice for you. But this weight loss diet is very safe and effective, in the long term. I would estimate 2-3 pounds of weight loss per week to be realistic using this program.

When it comes to diet programs I recommend the following diet called the Sun Slim Diet Handbook. This diet plan is easy to follow and it will allow you to lose weight in a realistic time frame and keep it off permanently. I also highly recommend Tom Venuto's diet plan Burn the fat. Tom walks you through the whole process of losing weight from how you should eat to exercise. As a bodybuilder,  personal trainer, and nutritionist he definitely knows what he is talking about.
