What the Weight Loss 4 Idiots diet is not!

Weight loss 4 Idiots (aka Fat Loss 4 Idiots) is not a preconceived diet that follows the common fat loss tips that are common in this day and age. Below are the most common well known weight loss tips. 

There are a lot of dieting books which discuss all kinds of weight loss tips, many of these tips conflict with each other so it's hard for people to know which weight loss tips are among the best and which are not.

Among the best fat loss tips are these:

1) Starvation dieting: This method does NOT work and will prevent real fat loss from happening (you should never starve yourself). This is a true fact of fat loss and this is a solid tip to rely on.  Weight Loss 4 Idiots (aka Fat Loss 4 Idiots) promotes eating 3 regulated square meals a day.  Depending on your weight and size Weight Loss 4 Idiots will put together a meal plan and a shopping list that you will help you get to your target weight and size. 2) Taking Pills: You cannot lose weight by taking pills, most fat loss pills are little more than a form of "placebo", created to take your hard earned money. Think about it, if these fat loss pills actually worked then everybody in society would be thin and nobody would have a need for dieting ever again.  Weight Loss 4 Idiots does not promote this form of weight loss.

3) Doing abs exercises is NOT the way to give yourself a thinner stomach, abs exercises alone cannot give you a flat stomach because ONLY a good dieting plan (like Fat loss 4 Idiots) can give you a flat stomach. Abs exercises are not bad they just will not give you the results you want without combining the exercises with a diet plan.  This is common sense but most abs machine infomercials try to promote the idea that abs machines can give you a slimmer stomach (although in fine print they do mention that a good diet is required, but they sure don't advocate that too prominently on those infomercials). They are created to take your money, use common sense before buying such abs machines.

4) Eating low fat and non fat foods will not automatically make you burn fat, because most of our society is eating low fat foods and yet our society is getting more and more overweight -- so that should tell you that low fat foods are not the absolute answer to weight loss . In fact, "sugar" is fat free and yet it will make you fat if you eat too much of it, so don't get too obsessed with nonfat or low fat foods -- since they are not the answer to true weight loss .

What is the bottom line?

The bottom line is that if you want to lose weight then you need to follow a good fat burning diet like the Weight Loss 4 Idiots (aka Fat Loss 4 Idiots) program, there are no potions or magic pills that can make you slimmer -- the ONLY way to get slimmer is to begin a good dieting program and stick with it. This piece of information is even more valuable than the weight reduction tips shown above.
